Once we agree on the terms of the transaction, we will send out disclosures and contractual paperwork according to your state statute. We do not want to put the burden on you to find a notary, so we will find one in your area that can meet you at your house or a public location to sign a contract. Upon completion of an executed contract, we will file a petition with the courts and wait to get the soonest available court date in the county you reside. From there, you will be set to attend court, if necessary, and explain to a judge that this transaction is in your best interest. Once a judge approves, we will work on funding your lump sum in a timely manner.

Each state and county are different so the timing from start to finish on the entire process may vary. It could be as quick as 30 days or long as a few months.
